PAINTING SERVICES

Our Painting Services are Professional and affordable. We offer Creative Services and Staging as well.

Kimberly is an artist and has been painting for years both flat walls and murals. She can suggest colors to help you sell your home for more money... We offer paint effects painting but when selling a home we tend to suggest painting in one tone to help you sell your home faster. Depending on room size, we typically charge $100 to $150 to paint one room not including paint and supplies. To give you an idea of cost, a 2500 square foot home with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, den, kitchen, and hall would cost $950 for labor to paint. Again, Senior Citizens receive 10% off all our services.

HANDYMAN SERVICES

We offer various handyman services as well. We have found that in our line of work, in real estate, helping people prepare their homes for sale sometimes means we end up with a list of honey-do type items that just have to be done. A home that is completed, every little detail, sales much faster and for more money. Let us help you do this!

Employ green cleaning products
As the health and environmental impacts of conventional cleaning products become more thoroughly understood, more and more brands of healthy, green, and effective cleaning products have started hitting the market and competing for that coveted place of honor under your sink. Avoid poor indoor air quality
